📍 Location: Anchorage, Alaska
📅 Start Date: 6/1/2026
📆 Contract: Ongoing / Indefinite need
🕒 Schedule: 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) + 1 week/month call (7 consecutive days including clinic/OR)
Patient Population: All ages
🏥 Practice Setting: Clinic + OR + On-call hospital coverage
🧪 Procedures: Neurosurgical cases (up to 3 OR cases/day), urgent cases (2–3/week), consults (2–3/night while on call)
🪪 Client willing to license
✅ Additional information: Beeper call with 20-minute response time; ~10 clinic patients/day; call back a few times per week
