📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 1, 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: Ongoing, 1 week/month coverage
🔹 Schedule: 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) + call
🔹 Call Requirement: 1 week/month (includes weekday + weekend call)
🔹 Setting: Acute Care Hospital | Level II Trauma Center
🔹 Privileging Timeframe: ~8 weeks
🔹 Licensing: Alaska temporary license available (~6–8 weeks)
🔹 EMR: Cerner
🔹 Travel: Covered (airfare, lodging, rental car)

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Collaborative team with 2 Neurosurgeons and 2 APPs
🔹 Patient Volume: ~10 clinic patients/day, up to 3 OR cases/day, ~2–3 urgent OR cases/week, ~2–3 consults/night while on call
🔹 Patient Population: All ages (adult & pediatric)
🔹 Support Staff: Nursing support, schedulers, CMAs (additional nursing vacancy noted)
🔹 Technology: Cerner, Sectra, Medtronic StealthStation
🔹 Scope: Mix of clinic, elective surgical cases, trauma coverage, inpatient consults

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: ABNS or ABMS
🔹 Active or willing to obtain Alaska license
🔹 Full vaccination required (COVID-19 and flu, no exemptions)
🔹 Must provide 3 references at time of submission
