🧠 Neurosurgeon – Ongoing Locums, CAN LICENSE | Anchorage, AK

Job description

Schedule/Call:
Ongoing (indefinite need)
1 week per month (7 consecutive days)
Includes 5 days of clinic/OR + call coverage
Weekend call included during assigned week
Call response time: 20 minutes
Call back: a few times per week

Assignment Details:
Level II trauma center (adults + pediatrics)
Clinic: ~10 patients/day
OR: up to 3 cases/day
Urgent OR: ~2–3/week
Consults while on call: ~2–3/night
Practice with 2 neurosurgeons + 2 APPs
Support staff: nurse, schedulers, CMAs
EMR: Cerner
PACS: Sectra
Equipment: Medtronic Stealth Station
Credentialing:~8 weeks

Licensing: Can License! AK temp license available (~6–8 weeks)
