📅 Coverage Dates:
Sept 12 (7a) – Sept 17 (7a)
Sept 17 (7a) – Sept 22 (7a)
Sept 29 (7a) – Oct 5 (7a)

📞 Schedule: 24-hour beeper call
📈 Volume: ~6 patients/day | ~6 surgeries/day (trauma, not elective)
🏥 Facility: 317 beds | Level I Trauma | EMR: Cerner
👥 Patient Population: 100% adult, 100% trauma

✅ Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Neurosurgery
Active AZ license (IMLC considered)
DEA (AZ-registered) & BLS
Credentialing: ~30 days
