Neurosurgery Opportunity – Arizona
Start: February 21, 2026

Coverage Dates:
• 7A 2/21 – 7A 2/26
• 7A 3/16 – 7A 3/23
• 7A 4/1 – 7A 4/7
• 7A 4/29 – 7A 5/4

Schedule & Call:
• 24-hour beeper call
• Average of 6 patients per day
• Average of 6 surgeries per day (trauma cases only, no elective)

Work Details:
• Hospital-based practice setting
• Level I Trauma Center (very busy service)
• 317-bed facility
• Patient population: 100% adult, 100% trauma
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Arizona license required (IMLC candidates considered)
• DEA registered in AZ
• BLS required

Credentialing:
• Estimated timeframe: 30 days
