Schedule:
• 7A Feb 21 – 7A Feb 26
• 7A Mar 16 – 7A Mar 23
• 7A Apr 1 – 7A Apr 7
• 7A Apr 29 – 7A May 4

Coverage Details:
• 24-hour beeper call
• Average patient volume: ~6 patients per day
• Average surgeries: ~6 cases per day (100% trauma, non-elective)

Practice Setting:
• Hospital-based practice
• Level I Trauma Center
• Busy neurosurgery service
• 317-bed facility
• Adult-only patient population

Additional Details:
• EMR: Cerner
• Patient population: 100% adult trauma

Requirements:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery
• Active Arizona license required (IMLC candidates considered)
• DEA required (registered in AZ)
• BLS required
• Credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
