Neurosurgery Opportunity – AZ
Coverage Dates: Feb 21 (7:00am) – Feb 26 (7:00am), 2026
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Level I Trauma Center (busy department)

Work Details:
• 100% adult trauma cases
• Average patient volume: ~6 per day
• Average surgeries: ~6 per day (trauma, no elective cases)
• Hospital size: 317 beds
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Arizona license required (IMLC considered)
• DEA registered in AZ
• BLS required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 3 days
