Neurosurgeon needed in Eureka, CA

Schedule: Guaranteed hours: 8 hours per day
OT to apply after 9 hours per day
We are looking for 1-2 providers who can cover the dates below. Provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call coverage during these stints.
Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays (this will be billed at the regular hourly rate, call responsibility during the day is included in that regular rate paid). They will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next day (billed at the night call rate). Weekends will be 24hr call coverage.
We would like to note they may not be in clinic all 5 days during the dates listed but it is a possibility.

July 20-27
August 17-24
Sept 21-28
Oct 26-Nov 2
Nov 9-16
Dec 21-28
Dec 28-Jan 4, 2027
Potential for more dates to be offered.
Cases: General Neurosurgery (Adult and Trauma), Spinal surgery with instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Spinal surgery w/o instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Placement of ICP monitors
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
