🔹 Anticipated Start Date: 04/30/2026

🔹 Schedule: Weekdays 8:30am–5:00pm (clinic + day call), night call 5:00pm–8:30am, weekends 24-hour call
🔹 Specific Coverage Dates: April 30 8:30am–May 5 8:30am (5/1 start possible), June 1 8:30am–June 8 8:30am; additional dates available
🔹 Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

🔹 Patient Population: Adult
🔹 Support Staff: Yes
🔹 Trauma Level: III
🔹 Case Mix: General neurosurgery, adult trauma, spinal surgery with instrumentation, cervical/thoracic/lumbar procedures, spinal surgery without instrumentation, placement of ICP monitors
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 License: Active California license required
🔹 Certifications Required: Active Fluoroscopy
🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current hospital-based clinical experience in specialty
