Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Neurosurgeon to provide ongoing coverage at a dynamic healthcare facility in California. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, exposure to diverse neurosurgical cases, and the support of an experienced care team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: June 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Five 8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with additional call coverage
• Shift Types: Day and Night coverage required
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call

• Specialty: Neurosurgery
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patients per shift
• Patient Population: Adult
• Procedures & Skills Required: General neurosurgery, trauma cases, spinal surgery (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) with and without instrumentation, ICP monitor placement
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Yes, collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Trauma Level: III

Requirements
• License: Active California medical license required
• Board Certification: Required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: Active fluoroscopy certification required
• Experience: Comprehensive adult neurosurgery and spinal procedures experience required
