Neurological Surgery Need in Eureka CA

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Nov 21-Dec 8 and Dec 27-Jan 5; Shift Times: 8:30am-5pm , 5pm-8:30am
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 5
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements
· Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency is an option but we are looking at BC.
· License required: Active or IMLC
· Minimum experience required: 2 years
· DEA: Required
· Certifications preferred: FLURO - can accept temp FLURO as well
· Certifications required: Board certified

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• OT: 1.2x normal rate
• Holiday: 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
