Location: Northern California
Schedule: Weekday clinic from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with weeknight and 24-hour weekend beeper call
Coverage: Scheduled clinic plus call
Coverage Dates:
November 21–December 9
December 27–January 6
Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day
Call Responsibilities:
Weeknight beeper call from 5:00 PM–8:30 AM
24-hour weekend beeper call
Clinic responsibilities during weekdays with after-hours call coverage
Patient Population: Adults
Case Mix:
Complex spine cases
General neurosurgical procedures
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3–5 years of residency)
Active medical license
Active DEA
Recent surgical case logs demonstrating experience with requested privileges
Assignment Details:
Hospital-based practice
Current CV and privilege documentation required for credentialing
Employment gaps greater than three months must be explained
