Neurosurgeon needed in Eureka, CA:
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 11/21-12/9 -12/27-1/6
• Call Requirements: Clinic hours 8:30-5p; Weeknight and weekend call
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Complex spine cases

Requirements:
• State License: Active CA license required
• Certifications: Fluoroscopy & ACLS
• Credentialing: 90-120 days
