Position Details
Coverage needed 11/21–12/9 and 12/27–1/6
Weekdays: 8:30a–5p clinic + daytime call
Weeknight beeper call: 5p–8:30a
Weekends: 24-hour beeper call
May not require clinic all 5 weekdays
Complex spine cases
8 guaranteed hours on scheduled clinic days
Current hospital-based Neurosurgery experience required
Requirements
Board Certified preferred
Truly Board Eligible within 3–5 years of residency may be considered
Active California license
DEA required
Fluoroscopy certification required — temporary certification accepted
Must provide 100 relevant cases from the previous 24 months
Must have 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty
Credentialing gaps greater than 3 months require explanation
