Job description

We are seeking a Neurosurgeon for a locums assignment in Jacksonville, FL and are excited to share this new opportunity. Please see below for details!

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: Ongoing (specific dates include 06/11–06/15, 10/15–10/19, 12/24–12/28)
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00am–7:00am)
• Practice Setting: Level II Trauma
• Case Mix: Neurosurgery call coverage (excluding complex skull, pituitary, and CPA procedures)
• EMR: Meditech
• Travel: Airfare, lodging, and rental car will be covered

Requirements:
• State License: Active FL license required (no licensing assistance)
• Certifications: Board Certified Neurosurgery required, DEA
• Credentialing: Clean file required; no malpractice or background issues
