📋 13-week assignment with option to extend
🏥 500+ bed hospital
💻 Epic
👥 Adult patients
🚫 No trauma

Schedule:

* Combination of clinic, scheduled OR days, and optional call coverage
* Weeknight call may be needed
* Weekend call may include 24-hour coverage and rounding
* Ongoing coverage available

Priority Coverage Weeks:

* Oct. 19–25
* Nov. 23–29
* Dec. 21–27
* Dec. 28–Jan. 3
* Jan. 25–31
* Feb. 1–7

Additional Flexible Dates:

* Oct. 12–18 or Oct. 26–Nov. 1
* Nov. 16–22 or Nov. 30–Dec. 6

Clinical Details:

* General Neurosurgery
* Cranial and spine cases
* Stroke coverage
* Hospital/ER call
* Clinic and scheduled surgical cases

Requirements:

* Board Certified in Neurosurgery
* Active GA license or IMLC
* DEA
* Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing is approximately 120 days; however, the client will attempt to obtain temporary privileges for an earlier start.
