Neurological Surgery Physician - Rockford, IL

· Schedule: Clinic and Call, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, 1 week also acceptable

· Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

· Types of Cases: Bread-and-butter neurosurgery + trauma

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible

· Licensure Required: must have an Illinois license
