Job description

A respected Level II Trauma Center in Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for an urgent, short-term call-only assignment this October. This is an excellent opportunity to step in and provide crucial coverage for a busy inpatient service with full support staff in place.

Schedule

Dates: October 13 (7a) – October 15 (7a)

Coverage Type: 24-hour call only

Setting: Inpatient

Patient Population: Adult

Patients per Shift: 10–20

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Cerner

Beds in Department: 396

Requirements

Board Certification: Required (Neurosurgery)

State License: Active Indiana license required

DEA & CSR: Required

Fellowship: Preferred

Certifications: BLS

Experience: General adult neurosurgery with trauma proficiency

Environment: Inpatient hospital-based

Skills Required: General neurosurgery, adult cases, trauma coverage
