The facility operates as a Level 1 trauma center and Level 3 pediatric facility with a biplane procedural suite and strong APP support for optimal patient care.

Opportunity:
Physician - Neurological Surgery - Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive stroke center coverage including large vessel occlusion (LVO), hemorrhagic stroke, and vasospasm management
• Focus exclusively on endovascular procedures with no general neurosurgery requirements
• Handle 5-8 patient encounters per shift with dedicated APP support
• Perform endovascular procedures and aneurysm clipping as core responsibilities
• Manage adult general neurosurgery cases and trauma-related neurological interventions
• Place ICP monitors and handle cerebrovascular procedures as needed
• Work with advanced biplane procedural suite technology
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Experience with tumors, neuroendocrine surgery, and carotid/vertebral artery procedures preferred
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery
• Fellowship training required (minimum 3 years)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Montana medical license or IMLC eligibility required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
