Job description

We are seeking a Neurosurgeon to provide ongoing call coverage, including select weekends and holiday blocks. Join a well-established Neurosurgery department with strong support and a collaborative team environment.

Coverage Requirements

Call Schedule:

7 AM to 7 AM call shifts

One weekend per month (Friday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM)

Additional holiday coverage: Spring Break (March 27–April 5), Christmas, and select dates throughout the year

Frequency:

1 weekend of call per month

Work Environment

Support Staff: 5 Neurosurgeons on staff

Department Description: General neurosurgery, spine surgery, peripheral nerve, and brachial plexus surgery

Patient Volume: Variable (call-based)

Patient Population: All ages (or specify if preferred)

EMR: EPIC
