Locums Neurosurgeon needed in SC- June Start

Job description

Schedule: Variable coverage (average 4 days/month), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Facility:
• Acute Care Hospital (~300+ beds)
• Level II Adult Trauma Center with 24/7 ER coverage
• Broad service lines: stroke, neurosurgery, spine, cardiac, ICU, oncology
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Clinical Details:
• Stroke interventions and neuroendovascular procedures required
• Moderate-to-high consult volume daily
• No midlevel support; providers expected to work independently

Additional Notes:
• Coverage is primarily to support PTO, CME, and other scheduled call
• Volume and intensity of call can fluctuate quickly depending on patient acuity
