Neurosurgeon Needed in Virginia

Start Date: October 19, 2026
Contract Length: October 19, 2026–January 4, 2027
Schedule: 24-hour inpatient coverage, 7:00am–7:00am. Coverage available in week-long blocks.

• Inpatient Neurosurgery with an average daily caseload of 5–7 patients
• Adult general neurosurgery, spine, and cranial cases
• Call includes hospital coverage plus phone-only transfer consults for an additional facility
• Weekends average approximately 2 callbacks and 1–2 admissions
• Support from 2 Neurosurgeons and 1 PA
• Epic EMR

Active Virginia License Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Urgent need; candidates must complete credentialing and vetting requirements
