Facility:
This facility is a Level 2 trauma center offering comprehensive neurosurgical services to the surrounding region. The site is seeking consistent, ongoing providers to support call coverage needs and provides strong departmental support for locum providers joining the team.

Opportunity:
Physician - Neurological Surgery

Job Details:

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for 14-21 shifts per month on an ongoing basis starting mid-December/January
• Must hold an active Washington state license or IMLC
• Board certification required
• Active DEA required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Perform general adult neurosurgery procedures
• Manage adult trauma neurosurgery cases
• Perform VP shunt procedures
• Perform spinal surgery with instrumentation including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels
• Perform spinal surgery without instrumentation including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels
• Placement of ICP monitors required
• Current CV must be uploaded at time of bid
