Job description

Start: January 14, 2027 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Permanent
Coverage: Neurosurgery, OR and outpatient clinic
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour days; 2 days in the OR and 2 days in clinic
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital (388 beds) and outpatient clinic
Compensation: Base salary plus RVU bonus; sign-on bonus, relocation, and tuition reimbursement
Procedures: Spine surgery

• Operative neurosurgery with a spine focus
• Outpatient neurosurgery clinic
• Documentation in Epic

Requirements
• Board Certified in Neurosurgery (Board Eligible with certification within one year of start considered)
• Spine fellowship or spine experience highly preferred
• Active Washington license required
• Credentialing: approximately 90–120 days
