This regional medical center is a leading healthcare provider in southeastern North Carolina, offering comprehensive neurological services. The facility features a specialized 10-bed Neuro ICU with advanced critical care capabilities and is designated as a Level 2 trauma center, providing excellent resources for complex neurological cases.

Job Details:
• Full-time locums position in Neurocritical Care for a 10-bed Neuro ICU
• 12-hour shifts available (7a-7p and 7p-7a) with flexible scheduling options
• Handle approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Preference for one full-time provider, but will consider multiple locums APPs for 14 shifts per month
• Coverage needed beginning in July with ongoing availability
• Must maintain active North Carolina license or IMLC eligibility
• Required certifications include ACLS and BLS
• Board certification not required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Level 2 trauma facility designation
• Nearest airport is ILM for convenient travel access
