Job Description

The primary focus of the Neurologist is to provide care for patients with common neurological illnesses, as well as providing guidance to other caregivers in an organization with a physician-led culture of care.

Details:

Full time, permanent position
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
15-20 patients seen in clinic per day
Treatment of common neurological illnesses: dementia, memory loss, seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, migraines, dystonia, etc.
Perform the following preferred procedures: Botox, occipital nerve blocks, and trigger point injections
Around 80% of patients will be geriatric, no pediatric patients
A 50/50 mix of new and returning patients
Call 6-8 days per month, including one weekend
Read and issue reports on EEG’s and EMG’s
EMR: Cerner

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Valid and unrestricted Arizona medical license
