Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule:
• 3–5 days/week, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Start: June 8, 2026 – Sept 1, 2026
• No call

Key Details:
• 13–15 patients/day
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures required:
○ Botox
○ Occipital nerve blocks
○ Trigger point injections

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong outpatient experience
• Comfortable with procedures + independent workflow
