About the facility

This 237-bed Level I Trauma Center maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support inpatient and emergency room neurology coverage on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians delivering neurological care across both inpatient and ER settings. All services are provided on-site throughout the coverage period.

About the clinician's workday

The neurologist will provide on-site inpatient and emergency room neurological coverage on a 24-hour call basis at this Level I Trauma Center in Colorado from September 4 through September 10. Clinical responsibilities include stroke response, neurology consults, and inpatient rounding based on census throughout the coverage period. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Board certification in Neurology is required for this position.
