Locums Neurologist Needed in Florida

Job description

Contract Length: 3 months
Schedule: Coverage consists of 5–10 (10 MAX) twenty-four (24) hour shifts

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital, Inpatient
Patient Volume: typically signs out approximately 12 patients, patient census may increase into the 20-patient range
Support Staff: Nursing staff, Technicians
EMR: Meditech, PatientKeeper, eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Responsibilities:
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM):
Inpatient rounding
Neurology consults
Stroke alerts

Night Call (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM):
On-call coverage for stroke alerts - quite rare
Possible hospital calls
