Neurology Opportunity - Fast Start, Urgent Need

Position Details:
MD or DO Welcome to apply!
• Combined inpatient and outpatient practice
• Coverage for approximately 1 week per month
• Adult and adolescent patient population (17+)
• Average of 16 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• 122-bed hospital
• Collaborative practice with Neurologists and NP support

Schedule:
• Start date: July 2026
• Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One week per month coverage preferred
• 24-hour beeper call during coverage week
• Call volume averages 0–4 calls/texts per 24-hour period
• In-house consults completed while onsite

Practice Details:
• Clinic, rounding, admissions, and hospital consults
• Required procedures include EEG and EMG
• Both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Approximately 100 recent neurology cases required for privileging
• Support from 1.5 FTE Neurologists and 1 NP

Requirements:
• Board Certified Neurology
• Active Washington license required at time of submission
• DEA required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Epic experience required
• Credentialing being expedited for qualified candidates
