Neurologist Needed 1 week/month - Longview, WA

Seeking a neurologist 1 week a month at clinic in Longview, WA

Anticipated Start Date: 7/1/26
8hr Clinic & 24hr Call
Clinic 0800-1700 M-F with call.
Looking for someone to be able to cover 1 week a month Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with call throughout the week. Preference is 3-5 days of call coverage (This would be 24-hour, so this is on top of the clinic work). Call/text volumes are 0-4 in a 24-hour period managed by phone. In house consults are conducted when they’re onsite.
Call- unrestricted (beeper)
Both Inpatient & outpatient
Both Clinic & Hospital Privileges needed, neurology is in the hospital no separate clinic address

Required Procedures EEG, EMG
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) 100 cases
Working Solo?- No 1.5 FTE MDs and 1.0 NP
Licensed- Yes must be WA Licensed at time of present
Certs required, BLS & ACLS
EMR- EPIC
