Permanent Neurohospitalist | Inpatient Only, 4x10s | Spokane, WA | RVU & Quality Bonus, Sign-On + Relo

Job description

Start: December 21, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Permanent
Coverage: Inpatient neurology
Schedule: Monday–Friday and weekend rotations; 4x10-hour shifts
Call: Shared call; can be taken remotely (not in house)
Volume: 12–18 patients per day
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital, 388 beds
Compensation: Base salary plus RVU bonus and up to 5% quality incentive bonus; sign-on bonus, relocation, and tuition reimbursement

• Running stroke codes
• Acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
• Epilepsy and seizure disorders
• Encephalopathy and altered mental status
• Headache and migraine requiring inpatient evaluation
• Dementia and cognitive disorders with acute presentations
• Neuromuscular and movement disorders
• Spine experience preferred
• Documentation in Epic

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (board certification within one year of start)
• Completion of a US Neurology residency
• Active Washington license required
• Epic experience required
• Credentialing: approximately 8 weeks
