Inpatient Cardiologist Needed in IL | Flexible Schedule 2 weeks on/2 weeks off | Competitive Pay

Job description

Shift Dates: 11/2/2026 with ongoing coverage until perm provider is found. Would anticipate this to be around a 1 year
Shift Times: Monday – Friday 40 hours/week. Could do Monday-Thursday if needed. This would include inpatient consults, clinic and some call but more telephone versus actual presence after hours at the hospital
Call: Phone Call coverage
For Clinic positions any hospital rounding coverage required? Yes, inpatient consults.

Support Staff (MD, APPs, RNs, etc.) - 1 APP 2 days a week. Medical Assistant. Solo MD coverage
Department Description: Will read EKG & Echos. Supervise stress testing. General Cardiology managing CAD, HTN, HF patients.
