✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition/Dietetics (ACEND-accredited)
✔️ Completed supervised practice program (1,000+ hours)
✔️ Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license
✔️ 1+ year clinical nutrition experience preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, EMR systems, and patient care

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess patient nutritional status and needs
✔️ Develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans
✔️ Provide counseling for weight management and chronic conditions
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
✔️ Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
✔️ Educate patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle changes
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
✔️ Support and guide junior staff or interns
