✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
✔️ Active New York State CDN or RD/RDN license
✔️ New graduates are welcome to apply
✔️ Experience with nutritional assessments, meal planning, and medical nutrition therapy preferred
✔️ Strong communication, cultural competence, and teamwork skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and evaluations
✔️ Develop individualized nutrition and meal plans
✔️ Provide counseling for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, GI disorders, and other conditions
✔️ Educate patients and families on healthy eating and lifestyle habits
✔️ Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
✔️ Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
