Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) / Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) – Fort Walton Beach, FL

Position Overview

Seeking a Board-Certified CNM or WHNP for a hospital-based role in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The provider will serve as the primary for deliveries with OBGYN backup available.

Schedule

* 3–6 inpatient call shifts per month
* 12-hour or 24-hour shifts available

* 7a–7p
* 7p–7a
* 7a–7a

---

Practice Details

* Inpatient setting
* EMR: Meditech
* Primary role in deliveries with OBGYN backup on call
* Must have surgical first assist experience

Facility
* Modern, full-service hospital
* 6 LDRP rooms, 12 postpartum rooms
* 2 dedicated C-section suites
* Level I NICU
* 24/7 anesthesia coverage

---

Requirements

* Board-Certified CNM or WHNP
* Active Florida license preferred (compact considered)
* DEA required
* 2+ years of hospital-based OB experience preferred
* BLS required; NRP preferred

Travel

* Airfare, lodging, and rental car provided

---
