Advanced Women’s Care is a physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health group serving communities across the Phoenix Valley. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our hospital-based team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment alongside OB/GYN physicians, MFM specialists, and experienced nursing staff.

About the Role

This position is primarily inpatient, focused on supporting patients during childbirth, triage evaluation, and postpartum care. CNMs work within a team-based model, helping ensure continuous, high-quality care in the hospital setting.

The schedule is shift-based, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide care to patients during childbirth
Perform deliveries within scope of practice
Evaluate and manage obstetric triage patients
Provide postpartum care and patient education
Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and specialists on patient care plans
Support hospital-based patient care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in quality and safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification (AMCB)
Active or eligible Arizona licensure
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred:

Experience in hospital-based women’s health care
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
