Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour in-house call coverage requirements, with support from other CNMs and physicians.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour in-house call shifts on an on-site basis, with coverage beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. Clinical responsibilities include triage, vaginal deliveries, and first assist duties, with call coverage required as a component of this assignment. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Support staff includes other CNMs and physicians throughout each designated coverage period.
