Position Overview

Schedule
3–7 shifts per month
12-hour or 24-hour in-house call shifts available

Practice Details
Full-scope midwifery practice
Inpatient call coverage
Support patients throughout labor and delivery
Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred)
First Assist experience required
Provide postpartum care
Perform well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan
1,300–1,500 annual births
Level III NICU onsite
24-hour in-house OB/GYN support
EMR: Epic

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent first assist experience
First assist experience must be within the past 2 years
Board Certified
Active Texas Medical License
Active Texas DEA
Travel & Expenses

Travel accommodations will be fully covered by the client, including:

Lodging
Rental car or mileage reimbursement
