Certified Nurse Midwife Needed in Virginia

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Schedule: 3x12-hour inpatient shifts per week — 2 day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) and 1 night shift (7:00pm–7:00am). No call.

• Full-scope inpatient Obstetrics/Midwifery care including triage, labor management, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum care
• Average 10 deliveries/day plus approximately 11 triage patients/day
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians to co-manage moderate and high-risk obstetric patients
• Procedures include fetal monitoring, laceration/episiotomy repair, limited OB ultrasound, manual placenta delivery, IUD insertion/removal, and C-section first assist
• Epic EMR

Active Virginia License Required
