Remote Fertility Nurse Practitioner needed:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week starting at 7a or 8a EST; some evenings and PST times available
Work details: Comfortable treating both female and male patients virtually to deliver personalized care plans

Licensed in one of the following states: VA, DC, MD, TX, OH, FL, GA, NC
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
