Women’s Health NP | Fountain Valley, CA | Clinic + Light Call

Job description

Women’s Health NP locum opportunity available in Fountain Valley, CA. This is a clinic-based role with optional call coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Light call (1:4, secondary only)

Practice:
• Outpatient women’s health clinic
• ~18–21 patients per day
• Full-scope OB/GYN care (adolescents through geriatrics)
• Office procedures including IUD/Nexplanon, biopsies, and routine OB care
• Midwives handle primary call; NP supports higher acuity cases as needed
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active CA license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• BLS or ACLS required
• 2+ years women’s health/OB experience

Credentialing:
• Approximately 45–60 days
