Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
Location: near Miramar Beach, FL
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (~1–2 weeks)
Contract Length: ~13 weeks; potential ongoing need
Schedule
Outpatient weekday coverage
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability: Full‑time preferred; will consider 2–3 days per week or PRN
Call: No call required
Coverage Type: Scheduled only
Credentialing timeframe: ~1–2 weeks
Practice Details
Setting:
Outpatient women’s health clinic
Collaborative practice with OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and clinical support staff
EMR:
Athena
Patient Population:
Outpatient women’s health patients
Antepartum and gynecologic care
Mix of new and established patients
Clinical Scope
Responsibilities include:
Providing outpatient antepartum and gynecologic care
Managing new and follow‑up women’s health patients
IUD placements and removals
Nexplanon placement and removal
Clinic‑based evaluation, treatment, documentation, and follow‑up
Collaborative care alongside physicians and advanced practice providers
Experience
Prior outpatient women’s health experience required
Must be comfortable managing routine and ongoing OBGYN clinic patients
Procedural confidence with contraceptive devices required
Requirements
Position: Nurse Practitioner

Board Certification: WHNP‑BC required
License: Active Florida NP license required
Willing to License: No
DEA: Required
Medicaid: Must be enrolled in Florida Medicaid
Credentialing
Expedited outpatient credentialing
