Women's Health coverage in IL

WHNP coverage needed in Chicago!

Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-4 pm
30% no show rate
Average is 3-4 patients per hour, 15-30 minute appointments
Duties of the provider: IUD insertions/removals, birth control, well women's exams, prenatal care
Will accept a PT provider
Must have IL license
Must be Board Certified FNP or WHNP - will not accept CNM's
