Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Women’s Care
Location: Greenville, North Carolina
Entities: ECU Health Physicians & East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift starts at 7:50 AM)
Status: Full-Time / Outpatient Only
ECU Health Physicians, in partnership with the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established team at ECU Health Physician’s Women’s Care in Greenville, NC.

Position Highlights
Work-Life Balance: Outpatient only with NO CALL requirements.
Established Team: Join a robust, supportive practice inclusive of 27 physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Predictable Pace: Average of 20–22 patients per day per provider.
Structured Scheduling: 30-minute appointments for new patients (typically 2 slots per half-day) and 15-minute appointments for returning patients.
Immediate Start: Coverage is needed as soon as credentialing is complete.
Clinical Responsibilities & Expectations
As an integral part of our Women's Care team, your daily practice will include:
Routine & Preventive Care: Managing annual well-woman visits, postpartum visits, and routine gynecological care.
Specialized GYN Care: Evaluating and treating conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, post-menopausal bleeding, and non-complex ovarian cysts.
In-Office Procedures: Performing colposcopy, LEEP procedures, and other simple in-office GYN procedures (based on experience and competency).
Emergency Response: Responding to clinic codes as part of the local team (LT); however, there is no expectation to serve as backup in the Emergency Room.
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of North Carolina.
Certification: Current BLS certification is required.
Experience: Experienced applicants with dedicated GYN experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must be adequately experienced to handle specified clinical procedures.

Pay: $60,099.78 - $72,378.23 per year
