Women's Health NP/PA – Locum Tenens – Issaquah, WA

Job description

A large health system in the Issaquah, WA area is seeking a full-time Women's Health NP or PA for a locum tenens assignment. The provider must be trained and experienced in women's health, including IUD placement and removals, endometrial biopsies, and obstetrical care.

This is an outpatient-only position with hours Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm (one hour for lunch). A 4/10s schedule is also available if preferred. Overtime applies after 40 hours per week. Providers will not be required to have hospital privileges but will go through a credentialing process that takes 30–90 days.

Key responsibilities include seeing all new OB patients for first visits (including dating and viability ultrasound), 16- and 28-week OB appointments, birth control visits including IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon (not required), endometrial biopsies, general gynecological complaints, annual women's health exams, and mental health screenings.
