OB/GYN NP/PA – Longview, WA
🗓️ Start: September 7, 2026
⏳ Length: 26-week locum assignment (approved through 3/31/2027 before extension) ongoing
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no call

Position Highlights
Full-time OB/GYN APP opportunity in both the hospital and clinic
Work alongside a collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians (not a solo practice)
Coverage needed due to a staffing gap
Strong preference for a Physician Assistant, but experienced Nurse Practitioners will also be considered
Fast-track credentialing available
Responsibilities
Routine gynecologic exams and office procedures
Pre- and post-operative patient management
First assist in robotic and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries
Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care
Average 16 patients per day
Care for patients ages 14+
Requirements
Active Washington license (required – facility is not willing to license)
Board Certified Women's Health or OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience
ACLS certification
Epic experience required
Must provide case logs from the past 24 months demonstrating experience within the requested scope of practice
Comfortable with surgical assisting in robotic and laparoscopic procedures

Acute Care Hospital (132 beds)
Trauma Level III/IV
1099 Locum Tenens
No call

Ideal Candidate
This position is ideal for an experienced OB/GYN NP/PA with a strong women's health background who is comfortable managing both clinic and hospital patients, assisting in robotic and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries, and working collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians in a busy practice.
