Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Outpatient OB/GYN

Location: Cambridge, MA | Job Type: Locum Tenens

Description:
Seeking an experienced PA-C for a full-time outpatient OB/GYN assignment. Local candidates preferred; candidates available 3–4 days per week may also be considered.

About the facility:
Outpatient setting with Epic EMR and a multidisciplinary OB/GYN team. Approximately 1,200 annual deliveries and up to 18 patients per day.
Compensation:

Pay Rate: $130/Hr. | Details can be discussed further after applying to the job posting.

Travel expenses reimbursed, including:

Mileage
Rental car
Hotel
Flight

Malpractice Covered: Yes.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outpatient OB/GYN visits and assessments.
Develop treatment plans and provide patient education.
Document visits in Epic.
Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and CNMs.

Qualifications:
PA-C certification required.
Active Massachusetts PA license required.
Outpatient OB/GYN office visit experience required.
Required immunizations per agreement.
Local candidates preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Full-time preferred; 3–4 days/week may be considered.
Start Date: ASAP.
Assignment Length: 6–8 months.
Scheduled Dates: December 7, 2026 – August 6, 2027 (35 weeks).
Overtime Terms: Daily after 24 hours and weekly after 168 hours, based on fixed contract terms.
