Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume: ~12 patients/day
Beds (if applicable): 32

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluating and managing women’s health patients
Preventative care, routine exams, and follow-ups
Documentation and care coordination

Provider Type: NP or PA
Board Certification: Required
License: WA license or IMLC required
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
