🌸 Locums OB/GYN Opportunity – Alaska

Start Date: October 29, 2025 (orientation on 10/28/2025)
Duration: Through at least January 12, 2026 (approved for 6 months)
Location: Alaska
License: Active Alaska license required at submission (expedited credentialing requested)
EMR: Epic

We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to provide inpatient and outpatient coverage at a supportive 25-bed hospital (including 5 L&D beds). This assignment offers a steady mix of clinic and call coverage with full support from another OB/GYN and 24/7 ED.

🌟 Position Highlights

Balanced Schedule: Clinic hours 8a–5p plus 24-hour call in 2–3 day stretches, with clinic in between.

Supportive Environment: Always a second OB/GYN on call, plus ED and hospitalist backup.

Variety in Practice: General OB/GYN care, rounding, admissions, and deliveries (avg. 10 patients/day in clinic; 0–2 L&D daily).

📌 Requirements

Board Certified OB/GYN

Active Alaska medical license required at time of submission

Full-scope, general OB/GYN (no scheduled surgeries unless assisting)

DEA, BLS, ACLS preferred
